Charles G. Erickson, III, President

Charlie has served as President and co-owner of C. Erickson & Sons since 1986, alongside his brother Michael Erickson. Charlie joined Erickson full-time in 1972 as a Project Manager gaining his industry experience hands-on coordinating construction projects. Charlie’s role evolved over the years to oversee the estimating efforts. Eventually as the company grew and became more complex, he implemented electronic processes for cost, scheduling, and project management systems. Over the years Charlie continued to serve as Principal-In-Charge for clients he retained services of. As a veteran in the construction industry he remains involved not only at the executive level within the company, but also in strategic estimating decisions. He is a past board member of the GBCA and Philadelphia Protestant Home.
