Erickson was chosen for Preconstruction and Construction Management for this phased renovation of the historic First Baptist Church of Philadelphia.

Phase I was comprised of infrastructure upgrades, beginning with the demolition of the church’s central chamber followed by the installation of elevators, bathrooms and circulation space.

Phase 2 work included the build-out of the west stair, kitchen, laundry, shower, bath, toilet and storage rooms as well as the renovation to the theater, corridor and fellowship room.
