Phase I of Gap’s corporate headquarters entailed construction of a 42,000 square foot building on a seven-acre wooded site. The building featured full-height glass curtain walls, free-floating glass staircases, an entrance pond bridge, full-length reflecting pool, and Feng Shui design.

Phase II increased the building’s footprint by an additional 29,000 square feet, and included rock excavation for a new basement and new building shell construction, renovation of office and conference spaces, a dine-in kitchen, as well as a spacious patio and exterior decks.
