This project entailed renovation to an existing two-story office building, including sitework, as well as an additional one-story building offset from the Main Office Building.

Work at the main facility included an Amphitheater, Exhibition/Gallery Areas, Training Rooms, Meeting Rooms, Private Offices, Open Office Space, Café and Dining Areas and a Modern Fitness Center.

Construction included roof replacement, widespread structural steel upgrades, a completely new electrical system, lighting controls and a DDC System that controls the building based on energy consumption and electrical grid load. Additionally, Erickson installed new security, tele/data, plumbing & HVAC systems.
