Renovation of 8-9,0000 RSF at 2005 Market Street that consists primarily of offices, conferencing and administrative space. The new workspace combines historical aspects from the firm’s 100-year history with modern design elements. RMA worked with Meyer to reduce its real estate footprint, accommodating a post pandemic, hybrid working model for a new corporate headquarters.

A true collaboration among the architect, owner and contractor to develop the Risk Management Association’s remote-first headquarters in Philadelphia, PA. This cutting-edge facility, spanning 6,000 square feet, combines historical aspects with modern design elements. It places a strong emphasis on enhancing the user experience while accommodating both in-person and remote working arrangements, accommodating a post pandemic, hybrid working model. Features include versatile workspaces, seamless integration technologies, a dedicated wellness room, and various other amenities aimed at promoting productivity and well-being.
