As Construction Manager, Erickson is intimately involved throughout the project lifecycle as the Client-Partner for all facets of construction management. From inception to completion, Erickson is committed to working closely with the design and construction team to ensure the project is completed safely, on time, and under budget, with the goal of exceeding our client’s expectations. For each project, Erickson assigns a dedicated Project Team, which includes Project Management, Supervision, Scheduling, Logistics, Safety, Quality Control, and Cost Accounting.
