C. Erickson & Sons managed the restack and renovation of Ballard Spahr’s Center City offices on Market Street. The project involved both administrative and executive space, including specialized glass-front offices, bathroom and elevator lobby renovations, as well as high-end finishes to the firm’s 48th floor conference rooms.
