C. Erickson & Sons transformed CBRE’s Philadelphia Offices into an innovative “Workplace 360” environment. After preconstruction services were completed, the construction included the complete demolition and fit-out of approximately 15,000 SF of office space on the 30th floor of Two Liberty Place.

The project achieved LEED CI certification.
