As part of the East Market Redevelopment project, the former Marketplace Design Center Tenants located at 2400 Market Street, found a new home on the 3rd and 4th floors of 34 South 11th Street, the former Family Court building.

Erickson was contracted to construct new showrooms for seven of the interior design firm tenants: Croce, Pindler, Baer, Robert Allen, Beatrice & Martin, AK & Co. and Kravet. The showrooms were completed while the base building was still under construction.
