Erickson was the construction manager for 225,000 square feet over thirty-eight acres, across four distinct brick and glass buildings. The work scope ranged from erecting building shells to overseeing meticulous interior office fit-outs. Additionally, Erickson spearheaded the construction of a brand new TGI Friday’s restaurant, adding to the dynamic array of structures within the corporate office park.
