Renovation and fit-out of 14 floors at 1101 Market St, the former Aramark Tower.
The project includes 220,000 square feet of corporate office space at the newly branded “Jefferson Center”. The renovated space houses offices for approximately 860 employees, and contains meeting and conference facilities, production studio, executive suites, fitness center, training rooms, catering pantries and employee eating areas. Erickson also refinished a communicating stair with new glass rail.
