Cafe & Conference Room at 1701 Market St.- 20,000 SF

C. Erickson & Sons was responsible for the construction of this high-end employee cafeteria and cafe with full servery and open, well-appointed dining areas. Additional, high-end renovations were carried out to conference and meeting areas.

Data Center & Office Renovations at 10 Penn Center & 1701 Market St- 108,000 SF

This project at 10 Penn Center included a 7,000 SF state-of-the-art mission critical data center, as well as extensive fit-outs for the IT Department, Human Resources, and general law firm office space. Work at the 1701 Market St. location also entailed 22,000 SF of new law firm office space.

Office Fit-Out at Carnegie Center – 7,000 SF

This interior fit-out included millwork such as stained wood, door frames and a wood-and-glass wall, as well as ceiling, HVAC and sprinkler retrofit.

Office Renovations at 1701 Market St. – 100,000 SF

Erickson worked closely with the entire project team to successfully renovate this high-end corporate law office, a project that encompassed multiple floors between two separate buildings.
