Over 15 years ago, law firm Pepper Hamilton, LLP hired C. Erickson and Sons for a multi-year corporate renovation project incorporating various phases of occupied space construction in more than 225,000 square feet, over 10 floors. Years later, they continue to rely on C. Erickson & Sons for their Philadelphia construction program, as well as their locations in Wilmington, DE and Princeton, NJ.

For their offices in Wilmington, Erickson preformed a high-end interior fit-out of 20,000 square feet, including extensive millwork installation, imported marble tile and other interior finishes. Work included executive offices, conference rooms, secretarial stations and lobby.

In Princeton, Erickson constructed 25,000 square feet of new offices, including new partitions, millwork, acoustical ceilings, flooring, new HVAC and sprinkler systems, plus a new reception desk.
