Erickson provided construction services for a 21,000 SF expansion and interior fit-out on the 11th Floor of the Mellon Bank Center Building for Philadelphia Energy Solutions. This upscale office fit-out featured white marble and custom walnut woodwork, state-of-the-art daylighting control system, and custom AV systems throughout. These elements were incorporated into the executive suite including CEO office , executive lounge, and library; senior leadership offices; board room and high-end conference rooms with demountable glass partitions; and eat-in kitchen and servery.
