Erickson initially provided design/build services for the new construction of the Pathways Pavilion and later returned for the construction of a 3-story addition and renovations to various areas at the Philadelphia Protestant Home.

This Alzheimer’s and Dementia residential care building includes 126 bed skilled nursing units, dining areas, security features, laundry and linen facilities, family group areas and onsite nursing stations.
