Law Firm Renovation and expansion of 27,000 SF on the 34th Floor and 6,000 SF on the 31st Floor of One Liberty Place. The scope on the 34th floor included a full demolition and renovation of high end law firm space including new reception area, partner offices, enclosed and open staff offices, conferencing space with telescoping doors, and a new kitchen and pantry. The scope on the 31st Floor included upgrades to millwork, ceilings, and lighting.
