C. Erickson and Sons completed the renovation of Villanova University’s 45,000 SF conference center into The Inn at Villanova University.

The Inn is a hospitality and conferencing facility on par with AAA four-diamond establishments. Renovations included total upgrades from infrastructure to amenities including lighting, MEP, doors/hardware, finishes, restrooms, conference rooms, and bedrooms.

Accommodations include:

– 56 guestrooms

– 14 meeting rooms (400 to 1,600 SF)

– 5,000 SF Ballroom for up to 325 guests
