This multi-floor infrastructure upgrade required installation of new bulk Oxygen lines, from the tank farm throughout the entire existing hospital, as well as a new chiller, cooling tower, and generator.

The previous dual-generator setup was discontinued, and the Oxygen line from an underground bulk tank farm was run to the hospital basement, up nine floors, refeeding all of the existing oxygen outlets, as well as the newly renovated Neuro-ICU.
